Competition at Trident Technical College on January 31, 2009
Team 342 has an innovative way of generating
interest in science and technology. Team 342 and the Bosch Charleston
Apprentice Program have created a replica of the B-9 Robot from the
1960's television series, "Lost in Space". All of the internal
components of B-9 are from a previous FIRST competition robot. The B-9
robot is used to excite and inspire elementary and middle school children
to consider a career in science and technology.
